Collins Software Solutions is a sole proprietor business. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, lost revenue, or data loss.

9. No Guarantee of Third-Party Platform Availability

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, or services. Collins Software Solutions does not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or performance of third-party platforms or services. Changes made by third-party providers to their platforms, APIs, or pricing are outside our control and may affect previously delivered work.

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives the right to use the delivered work for its intended business purpose. Collins Software Solutions retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-client-specific code patterns in future projects.
